Yoga Bliss: Restorative Yoga
Sundays 4:30 – 6:00pm
In this class, classical yoga postures are modified to include the use of props. This style of practice encourages relaxation to help bring forth a deeper state of internal peace. Expect a slower pace and ample time to rest comfortably while doing yoga. Capture and sustain a sense of ease and well-being through safe, smart yoga practices grounded in both tradition and science.
