The study of Yoga is extremely vast, Pam’s classes explore the many avenues of ancient yoga, therapeutic philosophical and meditative. These classes are very slow contemplative vinyasa’s that aim at understanding how to breathe and move precisely to long smooth even inhalations/exhalations. Using basic postures like twists to cleanse organs, inversions for the heart and brain, weight baring postures for the bones, and pranayama and meditation to calm the nervous system. With masterful sequencing Pam’s classes aid the student in reaching their maximum potential in both mind, consciousness and body.
Emphasis is on understanding specific breathing techniques, body alignment, and finding the true essence of Yoga.
